This hackathon page is aimed at the participants of the #VersusVirus Croatia hackathon who have already exchanged challenges in the HRvsVirus Slack workspace. Your team needs to have been formed and the project demonstrably developed over the past 48 hours. 

VersusVirus organizers have the right at their sole discretion to determine whether an entrant is eligible for the Contest. VersusVirus may disqualify, at organizers’ sole discretion, VersusVirus entries (including, without limitation, content submitted in connection therewith) that:

(a) are in violation of third party rights or law or regulation,

(b) use inappropriate or explicit language or images, or display content that VersusVirus or Sponsors otherwise finds objectionable.

Deliverables

We expect participants to submit the following three deliverables:

1. Video  2 min - pitch ili demo 

2. Pitch deck : Problem / Solution / Market / Product  / Business model / Impact / Competition & Competitive advantage / Team / Call to action

3. Any other supporting material (code, website, github, image, mockup...) 

Criteria

Primary criteria will be either accepted or rejected 

All submissions are primarily judged on the basis of how quickly the solution can be implemented in reality. You are of course still welcome to hack on them, get feedback from our mentors and resources from our partners, but your solution won’t be in the competition.

Furthermore, all submitted solutions will be judged on the following criteria (on the scale from 1 to 5)

1. Relevance for the Croatian ecosystem: Even though the participation in the Hackathon is not restricted to Croatia, the implementation of highlighted projects needs to be planned nationally.

2. Impact: What is the added value that the solution brings to society? How efficient is the solution in solving the problem? How much does the solution contribute to the open source community? Is this solution feasible? How will the solution be applied in practice? What does the solution bring to the environment?

3. Scalability: Scalability of the solution if it is implemented and realized. How many groups of people impacted by the virus are experiencing the problem and pain? What is the expected demand? How many of them can use this solution? Could this solution be scaled and translated to other locations?
